Q: What age groups do you work with?
A: We work with all clients who are age 19 or older. We do not provide services for minors at this time
Q: Are visitors allowed?
A: Yes; however, we do have curfews and restrictions to follow. The weekday curfew is 11:00 PM and the weekend curfew is 1:00 AM. Exceptions may be made for special circumstances.
Q: What is your confidentiality policy?
A: We do not provide information about our clients without written consent. Confidentiality is our number one priority.
Q: What is your tolerance policy?
A: We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, violence and rule-breaking. We do random urine testing to help keep our clients accountable.
Q: Does your facility work with court-ordered clients?
A: Yes; some clients are sentenced to stay at our facilities for a period of time.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Yes. We also assist with smoking cessation through counselling and patches if required.
Q: Is there a dress code?
A: No. Night and Day Recovery Centre does not have a dress code.
